Our Fabulous Christmas Eve!

We decided to start some new traditions this year. We opened our gifts tonight and did the "Christmas" thing today so that we will be able to focus more tomorrow on the Jesus part- the only important part!!! We stayed in our pajamas all day and watched Christmas shows and played games. It was so much fun!! We started with "The Little Drummer Boy"- not the best one of the day- kinda dark. Then we played "I Spy"
then the "Flinestone Christmas"
then "Sorry"
then "Rudolph"
then lunch and a hot bath for mom, then we made pizza dough
then we opened presents. We are so very thankful for our blessings!
The girls got these presents for each other.
Toby loved everything!
Thank you all for the wonderful presents!
We got the girls (and the gerbils) the Zhu Zhu pet playground.
Toby got a new tool bench!
I got Mark these shirts- he was thrilled that I got one for myself (I only did it for brownie points- I have no interest in NASCAR- shhh!)
Then we made our pizzas,
we started "Miracle on 34th Street" but will finish that tomorrow,
we are ending our night with "Twas the Night Before Christmas"
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

how fun, Jo!!! What a dedicated wife, with the matching NASCAR t-shirts! That last picture, I almost thought you had done some computer thing to make it your bed in the pic...
