FCA, Luke and Lissie

There is a club at Nimitz Jr. High called Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Jake delivered the devotional talk today at their club meeting. Mike, the youth minister who helps with the program, is from another Church of Christ in town. He texted Jake these photos and wrote the nicest message telling Jake God has blessed him with a gift. I thought that was very nice of Mike. Jake's history teacher is the faculty sponsor of FCA.

Luke and the flowers he got Lissie for Valentine's Day. Luke will always remember their first date...when his Aunt Jodi texted him during the date asking him, "What's up?" (Yes, I had told Jodi about the date, and our little Jo couldn't resist checking on things!)
