On a lighter note, while Mark and I were in our bedroom after lunch today, the girls decided to make homemade chocolate chip cookies. We had no chocolate chips, so they put marshmellows in the batter instead- hence the craters. It was actually very good and the kitchen was cleaned up nicely, however, we did have to talk about how they have not yet learned how to use the microwave and oven yet, so there would need to be some instruction before the next time! God was watching over them!

Okay...Jake may actually cry when he reads this. He was upset this morning when I told him about Rascal. He said, "But Mom, you said he was okay last week!" Julie
I had some of those cookies....it is good! We paid our respects to Rascal's burial site today....
