Mason became an Eagle Scout tonight. We are so very proud of this significant accomplishment. These first two pictures were taken before he went in for his 1 1/2 hour Board of Review. He did not seem too terribly nervous. 
Here are the members of the Board. Mason had never met the man in the picture - he is from the Boy Scout Council. They all said that Mason was well prepared for the review. As is normally the case, they tried to stump him a few times, but he handled it well.
This has been a journey that Mason and Tim have taken together. Tim has been there every step of the way to help guide Mason and encourage him. They will have very special lifelong memories of their Scouting years. I am so very thankful to Tim for his involvement in this aspect of Mason's life.
We headed to Chili's to celebrate. 
It just happened that John and Jonathan were driving near Chili's when they heard that Mason completed his BOR. They surprised us by dropping in to say Congrats.
