We are at Youth and Government District Conference today (with wireless so I can post!)
Mallory presented her bill in Committee and it passed! Here is the caption of her bill: "An act classifying first time offenders who are in Texas illegally as repeat offenders during the sentencing phase of their trial because they have already committed a crime by entering the country illegally."
Mason's bill passed also. Here is his caption: "An act to provide Concealed Handgun Licensees the option of open carry."
