| The Nimitz Junior High Advanced Orchestra performed in a UIL contest today at Odessa's new Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center. They did a wonderful job! This was taken during the warm-up. We couldn't take flash photos in the recital hall. I was impressed not only with the musical performance, but also with the students' behavior - except one boy who had colorful language...I heard him say to Jake, "Man, your Mom keeps sneaking up on me!" |

I would have loved to have been there! It reminds me of when we went to see him when mom came!
