The youth group came over tonight for a devotional. Such a blessing to listen to them singing in our living room. After dinner we all sang happy birthday to Jake, making it an extra-special evening - a bittersweet Sunday for us, as we leave Saturday for Texas Tech. Needless to say, I cried through every song this morning. After the sermon, our youth minister called Luke and Erin (our other senior) up to the front and presented them with $1,000 each in scholarship money from a woman at church who gave the scholarship in honor of her late husband. I heard others wishing Luke well and hugging him...we are so thankful for our church family.
