We decided very last minute to check out the Brandon Heath concert at Chick-Fil-A. We were already out taking Mason to class, so we went by to check it out. We were early enough to sit on the front row, so we decided to stay. I did not really know who he was, but Mal told me that his music was kind of like Chris Tomlin, so I would like it. It was really good. It turns out I knew two of his songs - "Give Me Your Eyes" and "I'm Not Who I Was." After the concert, many people lined up on one side of the parking lot to meet him. We had no plans to do that, so we walked to the opposite end of the parking lot to go to our car. As we were headed out, there he was talking to the policeman who had patrolled the concert. We took the opportunity to get a quick picture. He was kind to Mallory and called her by name.

I think this was such a blessing from God....a little extra to get you all through another day....that's so neat...I like those 2 songs....
ps. Jodi is just jealous she doesn't have a repertoire of people she's seen - (Ryan is standing behind me mentioning something about short people -i think referring to you, Jo), but i'm going to ignore him.....
