Bread Baking With a New Friend

I was so blessed to receive a new bread mixer and grain mill for Christmas- I have been wanting to make fresh - I mean REALLY fresh, bread for my family. After researching, I am happy to have these tools to help me make bread from scratch.
My new friend, Rachael, devoted an entire day to teaching me all about using my bread mixer and how to mill wheat, and get GREAT homemade bread. She is FULL of wisdom about nutrition and how to feed your family using the best and most natural kinds of food. She was a FABULOUS teacher, and I am looking forward to spending more time with her. I met her first at church, and also through a homeschool group.

Above- here is the wheat in its natural state-we used 3 types of wheat, I learned so much!!! After grinding, the results are below. When you grind your own wheat, you get the MAXIMUM benefits that God put into these wonderful grains.

Beautiful!!!! Smelled SOOO good, and tasted heavenly!!!
Below- Rachael has 3 precious little darlings, and one on the way! Thanks again, Rachael!
